Try Mark Poster's _Mode of Information_ which has, if I recall, a chapter
on Foucault and databases. Also Oscar Gandy's _Panoptic Sort_ and David
Lyon's _Electronic Eye_ both of which discuss computing and surveillance
from a Foucauldian perspective.
