Foucault quote

Hello. I sent this once already, and for some reason it didn't appear in
the digest I just received. Here it goes again. Do any of you know the
source of this Foucault quote? Here's the quote: "I am trying (...) while
avoiding any abstract and limiting
totalisation, to open up to problems that are as concrete and general
as is possible. Problems that backtrack politics, criss-cross
societies, and are at the same time constituent of our history and
constructed by it". Where does it appear? Thanks.
Jayson
