AW: Human rights

I don`t know if it is the best available material Foucault's attitude to
human rights, because it don`t have the overview. But Jim Tully's "CIVIC
FREEDOM IN A GLOBALISING AGE"

http://www.trudeaufoundation.ca/pdf/TullyCahiersEN.pdf

is a recent piece drawing on Foucaults work about human rights. He draws on
Foucaults work on on parrhesia, some classic greek philosophy, to contribute
to the discussion about global governance. Thanks to Colin Gordon, who
posted it some days ago. It was useful to my small project on globalization,
althought it was useful is other ways i expected.
