Amazon and Fnac both have Foucault's 1983 course Le gouvernement de soi et des autres listed as forthcoming later this month. No idea how reliable this is - Seuil don't have it listed themselves.
This is listed as volume 1. This could mean that the 1983 course is coming out in two parts, or that the 1984 course is going to be volume 2. These courses had the same title, but the 1984 course had the subtitle Le courage de la verite. Both courses were quite lengthy (more the length of Hermeneutic of the Subject than the 1970s ones) since Foucault was no longer giving a separate seminar, but fulfilling his teaching requirements by lectures alone.
To answer the inevitable question, the English translation is likely to be a while, though I suspect Graham Burchell is working on it already...
